Kenneth T. Joyce

KENNETH T. JOYCE is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
of Amkor Technology, Inc. Mr. Joyce joined Amkor in 1997 as Vice
President and Operations Controller. Prior to Joining Amkor, he was
Chief Financial Officer of Selas Fluid Processing Corporation, a
subsidiary of Linde AG. Mr. Joyce has more than 25 years of diverse
domestic and international financial management experience. He is
responsible for all aspects of Amkor’s Finance and Treasury Management.
Mr. Joyce is a CPA and began his accounting career in 1971 at KPMG Peat
Marwick. He earned a BS in Accounting from Saint Joseph’s University and
an MBA in Finance from Drexel University.
