Justin J. Perreault

JUSTIN J. PERREAULT joined Object Design as Executive Vice President and
Chief Operating Officer in November 1995, and was named President and
Chief Executive Officer in January 1999. He joined the company from
Harvard Management Company, where he was a Vice President of a group
managing a $1.8 billion private equity portfolio from 1992 to 1995. His
work focused on information technology and telecommunications companies,
and included his sitting on Object Design’s board of directors beginning
in March 1995. Prior to Harvard Private Capital Group, Mr. Perreault was
a management consultant with McKinsey & Company, Inc., serving clients
in the information technology and financial services industries. He
holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer
Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
