Jonathan M. Spiller

JONATHAN M. SPILLER has served as Chief Executive Officer since
September 1993, and as President and Director since June 1991 of Armor
Holdings, Inc. From June 1991 to September 1993, he served as Chief
Operating Officer. Prior to joining American Body Armor, now Armor
Holdings, Inc., Mr. Spiller served as a Partner with Deloitte & Touche
LLP, an international accounting firm, where he worked for 18 years.
Prior to that experience, Mr. Spiller served as Senior Vice President
and Chief Financial Officer of Hunter Environmental Services, Inc., an
environmental services company. Mr. Spiller is a Chartered Accountant
and a Certified Public Accountant.
