John L. Dwight

JOHN L. DWIGHT, JR. has served as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive
Officer, President and a director of the company since November 1980,
when he purchased a controlling interest in PCD. Mr. Dwight was
previously Vice President-International of Burndy Company, an electronic
connector manufacturer. Mr. Dwight has over 25 years of management and
operating experience in the connector industry. Mr. Dwight is a graduate
of Rutgers University, where he received both a BA and an MBA.
