John D. Diefenbach

JOHN D. DIEFENBACH is Assistant Vice President/Equity Analyst at
Northstar Investment Management. Prior to joining Northstar, Mr.
Diefenbach was affiliated with Oppenheimer Capital, Phoenix/National
Funds, J. & W. Seligman and was a 1987 graduate of the Chase Manhattan
Management Development Program. Mr. Diefenbach holds a B.A. in Economics
from the University of Virginia, and has extended post graduate finance
studies at both New York University and Columbia Business School. He is
currently a CFA Level II candidate and a member of the New York Society
of Security Analysts, the Association for Investment Management &
Research and the NASD Board of Arbitrators.
