John Currie

JOHN CURRIE, Chief Financial Officer of Intrawest Corporation, joined
the company in 1989. Prior to his appointment in May 2004 as Chief
Financial Officer, he was Senior Vice President, Financing and Taxation.
Mr. Currie has played a key role in the evolution of Intrawest since its
initial public offering in 1990. Prior to joining Intrawest, he held
senior financial positions within the BCE group and as a specialist in
international taxation with a major accounting firm. Mr. Currie is a
Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the
University of British Columbia.
