John C. Plant

JOHN C. PLANT is President and Chief Executive Officer of TRW Automotive
Holdings Corp. Mr. Plant had previously been a co-member of the Chief
Executive Office of TRW Inc. and President and Chief Executive Officer
of TRW Automotive since 2001. Prior to that, Mr. Plant had been an
Executive Vice President of TRW from the acquisition of Lucas Varity in
1999. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of the TRW Chassis
business in 2001 and General Manager of TRW’s Automotive unit in 1999.
Prior to 1999, Mr. Plant was President of Lucas Varity Automotive and
Managing Director of the Electrical and Electronic division from 1991
through 1997. He currently serves on the Board of Martin Currie
Portfolio Investment Trust PLC. Mr. Plant is a graduate of Birmingham
University, Bachelor of Commerce, Economics, Accounting and Law and a
Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accounting.
