John Barone

JOHN BARONE is President and Chief Operating Officer of Engage,
Inc. With more than 20 years of sales leadership experience, he
brings to Engage a proven track record in developing new business
while consistently exceeding sales objectives. Most recently Mr.
Barone led a 220-person sales team at Clarify, a global CRM
software division of Nortel Networks. Prior to Clarify, he led
sales and strategic alliances for Knowledge Impact where he built
a national direct sales organization and successful OEM channel.
Mr. Barone’s previous experience includes sales responsibilities
at emerging companies such as InteliData Technologies, as well
established companies such as QMS and Banyan Systems. He
graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor of
Arts in Business with a marketing focus.
