JENNY BETH JONES is a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager for
Morgan Stanley Investment Management Advisors. She joined Dean Witter
InterCapital in 1996 and has been the Portfolio Manager for the Special
Value Fund since inception. Previously, Ms. Jones was the Senior
Portfolio Manager of the Oppenheimer Quest for Value Small Cap Fund and
Manager of the Small Cap Department. She earned a BA degree with honors
from Yale University and an MBA in Finance from New York University.
