Jeffrey E. Smith

JEFFREY E. SMITH is President and CEO of Ohio Valley Bank, President and
CEO of Ohio Valley Banc Corp and Chairman of the Board of Loan Central,
Inc. Mr. Smith began his career in Ohio Valley Bank’s bookkeeping
department in 1973. He is a graduate of the 1967 class of Gallia Academy
High School. He is a graduate of Ohio University with a Bachelor of
Business Administration degree and a Master of Education degree.
Currently, Mr. Smith is a Trustee for the University of Rio Grande and
serves as a member of the Community Bank Advisory Council of the Federal
Reserve Bank of Cleveland.
