Jeffrey A. Rich

JEFFREY A. RICH serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of
Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. Mr. Rich joined the company in July,
1989 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In 1991, he
achieved the position of Executive Vice President and was also named a
Director of the ACS Board. During Mr. Rich’s tenure as President and
CEO, ACS has reached numerous milestones, including the achievement of
$1.5 billion in annual revenue, a 400% increase in ACS’ service
offerings and new vertical markets. ACS’ new goal for the future is to
be a $2 billion company by the year 2000. Before joining ACS, Mr. Rich
held the position of Vice President of the Leverage Capital Group at
Citibank N.A. He serves on the Board of Directors of Integrated Delivery
Technologies, Inc. He also is a member of the Young Presidents’
Organization. A 1982 graduate of the University of Michigan, Mr. Rich
lives with his wife in Dallas.
