Jeff Rhodenbaugh

JEFF RHODENBAUGH, 43, is President and CEO of Specialty Equipment
Companies, Inc. Mr. Rhodenbaugh has 21 years experience in the
Foodservice Equipment Industry. He joined Specialty Equipment in 1986.
Over the last 12 years, Mr. Rhodenbaugh has served in an operating role
at two of the Company’s divisions in marketing and as President of Wells
Manufacturing and Beverage-Air. He also headed Corporate Marketing and
Business Development in the early 90’s. He was named President of
Specialty Equipment in September 1996 and CEO in May 1997. Mr.
Rhodenbaugh holds a BS Degree in Business Management from San Diego
State University. He is active in the industry association as a member
of the Board of the North American Food Equipment Manufacturers
Association (NAFEM) and served as President of this organization in
1997.
