Jean-Paul Morin

JEAN-PAUL MORIN is the General Secretary of Publicis Groupe S.A. . He is
a graduate of France’s cole Superieure de Commerce where he also pursued
a course of studies in Economics and qualified as a Certified Public
Accountant. Mr. Morin holds numerous directorships in affiliates of
Publicis Groupe S.A. Mr. Morin also advises the MEDEF, the association
of French employers, and chairs the Club des Trente, the group of
financial directors of the top French companies. Mr. Morin is also Vice
President of the Conseil National de la Comptabilit and President of
the Company Section of the Conseil National de la Comptabilit.
