Jean Noelting

JEAN NOELTING is President and CEO of CryptoLogic Inc. He joined
CryptoLogic on January 8, 2001 and has extensive experience with large
public and private companies. In his 19-year career, he has played
senior roles in operations, marketing, acquisitions, business
development and international business. Mr. Noelting is known for his
drive for success and a track record of accomplishments in the
management of several $1 billion plus operations. Mr. Noelting has held
progressively senior positions at Parmalat Canada/Ault Foods Limited,
Westburne Inc. and Campbell Soup Company. He joined CryptoLogic from his
prior post as President and Chief Operating Officer of Westburne Inc., a
$3 billion, 6,000 employee organization and a leading Canadian
distributor. Mr. Noelting also held Directorships on the Boards of
Videotron Group Inc., Videotron Communications, Oralife Inc. and LOOK
Communications.
