James Tilley

JAMES TILLEY is President and Chief Executive Officer of Evans National
Bank and Evans Bancorp, Inc. Prior to joining Evans, Mr. Tilley was
President and Executive Director of Niagara Frontier Vocational
Rehabilitation Center and Director of Employee Relations with M&T Bank.
Mr. Tilley is on the Board of Directors of the Independent Bankers
Association of New York State and a Trustee of the New York Bankers
Association. Mr. Tilley attended Canisius College, where he was a
Business Administration major.
