James J. Carbonari

JAMES J. CARBONARI has been President and CEO of PentaPure Inc., a
wholly owned subsidiary of WTC Industries, since August 1998. Prior to
that time, he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for 10 years
with Osmonics Inc., a water purification products manufacturer. Prior to
Osmonics, Mr. Carbonari has held management and executive positions in
the air pollution control industry with Donaldson Corp., Carter-Day Co.,
and Research Cottrell. Mr. Carbonari has a Chemical Engineering degree
from the Illinois Institute of Technology, and an MBA degree from
Northwestern University. He is an active member of the Water Quality
Association, and various other industry organizations.
