Henry Tai

HENRY TAI is Vice President of Corporate Development at China-Biotics, Inc. His
career includes over 20 years of experience in direct investments, corporate
finance and auditing in the UK, Australia, Hong Kong and China. Mr. Tai
previously served at UBS Capital Asia Pacific, doing buyout transactions. Prior
to UBS, Mr. Tai was the Vice President of the direct investment division of the
Search group, a private investment company. Before joining Search, Mr. Tai was
Director of DBS Asia Capital (formerly Pru-Asia DBS), an investment bank, where
he advised on mergers and acquisitions transactions. Mr. Tai had held positions
with KPMG and is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants
of England and Wales.
