Henry Fung

HENRY FUNG, Chairman and CEO has over 20 years of executive management
experience. Prior to founding Amphus, Henry co-founded Vadem, where he
held the positions of Vice President of Engineering and CTO. He is a
recognized expert in computer power management and co-author of “A
Designer’s Guide to Portable Computers”. He is also the inventor of more
than 10 power management patents. Over 50% of the OEM customers in
Taiwan adopted one of his designs. Previously, he held various
engineering and engineering management positions at Intel, Bell Northern
Research, Philco Ford, and Four Phase. He holds BSEE and MSEE degrees
from San Jose State University.
