Harry D. Schulman

HARRY D. SCHULMAN joined Windmere-Durable in 1989 as Vice President of
Financial Analysis and Administration. In 1990, he became the Chief
Financial Officer of the company. In June 1998, he became President &
COO of Windmere Corporation. Windmere Corporation is one of three
operating divisions of Windmere-Durable Holdings. Mr. Schulman has held
various financial and general management positions for a variety of
companies including Soci_t_ Gen_ral_ de Belgique. Mr. Schulman holds a
BS degree in Accounting from the University of Dayton, Ohio and a
Master’s Degree in International Business from the University of Miami,
Florida.
