H. Frank Gibbard

H. FRANK GIBBARD has served as Chief Executive Officer of H Power Corp.
since October 1996 and has been a member of its Board of Directors since
June 1997. Prior to joining H Power, Dr. Gibbard was Senior Vice
President, R&D and Advanced Engineering of Duracell Inc. Dr. Gibbard
holds a BS degree in Chemistry from the University of Oklahoma and a PhD
in Chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
