Gregg J. Prisco

GREGG J. PRISCO is Executive Vice President of the Gilbert
Companies based in Linden, New Jersey. The Gilbert Companies is
the 91st largest domestic transportation company servicing the
retail market. In July 2002, Gilbert East, Gilbert West and
Gilbert Air Cargo were acquired by P&O Nedlloyd, the world’s
second largest steamship line. Mr. Prisco joined the Gilbert
Companies in 1992 as Vice President and General Manager of
Gilbert East Corp. In 1997 he was appointed to the position of
Executive Vice President of the Gilbert Companies. Prior to
Gilbert, Mr. Prisco held several senior level positions with
American President Distribution Services in Marketing and
Operations. He started his career with Western Carloading Inc., a
West Coast freight forwarder. Mr. Prisco is a graduate of
Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
