Glenn C. Proudfoot

GLENN C. PROUDFOOT is the President, Director, and CEO of Maximum Energy
Corp. He has 20 years of oil and gas experience, eight of which have
been in a Senior Executive capacity within the oil and gas sector. Prior
to Maximum, Mr. Proudfoot’s employment includes Vice President of
several departments of Stampeder Exploration Ltd. (1992 to 1986), Land
Supervisor (1984-1986), Land Commissioner (1981-1984), and Landman
(1979-1981) of Shell Canada Limited. Mr. Proudfoot received a Bachelor
of Science degree from the University of Alberta (1979). He has
memberships and/or accreditations with the following: Professional
Landman, Canadian Association of Petroleum Landmen, Glencoe Club, and
The Ranchmen’s Club of Calgary. In addition, he also serves as a
Director of Maximize Management Corp., Beau WestRanches Ltd., Bering
Pacific Ranches Ltd., Woodco Resources Ltd. and Basinview. Mr. Proudfoot
is married and has four children.
