Geoffrey Hunter Wilson

GEOFFREY HUNTER WILSON is Vice President, Industry and Investor
Relations for the George Weston Limited/Loblaw Companies Limited. He is
responsible for all investor relations, media relations and industry and
government relations for both companies. Prior to joining George Weston,
he was Vice President Loblaw, Quebec from 1996 to 1998; Vice President,
Finance Loblaws Supermarkets from 1990 to 1996; Assistant Vice
President, Systems and Internal Control for Loblaw Companies Limited
from 1987 to 1990. Previously, Mr. Wilson was with Coopers & Lybrand
Chartered Accountants from 1978 to 1987, progressing from Junior to
Senior Manager in the Audit and Consulting Service. he was in the
Coopers London UK office for two years. Mr. Wilson has a B comm (honors)
from Queen’s University and is a Chartered Accountant.
