Frank Overfelt

FRANK OVERFELT is the COO & President of Tenet Information Services,
Inc. Mr. Overfelt was elected to the Board on September 29, 1995. As of
July 10, 1996, Mr. Overfelt was appointed interim Chief Operating
Officer. Mr. Overfelt has been the Managing Partner the International
HealthCare Consulting Group, Inc. since its inception in 1986. He is a
recognized authority in workload measurement systems for health care
institutions. Prior to founding the consulting company Mr. Overfelt was
a Senior Manager in the Healthcare Cost Accounting and Productivity
Practice of Peat Martwick. He holds an MBA from the University of Utah.
His total healthcare experience is 23 years.
