Frank A. Holler

FRANK A. HOLLER, MBA, is the President & Chief Executive Officer at
Xenon Genetics Inc. Mr. Holler is a well-known biotechnology industry
executive having previously been the President & CEO and a co-founder of
ID Biomedical Corporation (TSE: IDB, NASDAQ: IDBE) as well as a founding
director of Angiotech Pharmaceuticals Inc. (TSE: ANP, NASDAQ: ANPI). Mr.
Holler is also Chairman of BIRC Corporation, a Vancouver-based
government funded venture capital company, a Director of analytical
services company CanTest Ltd., and a Director of Cromedica Prime Inc., a
Phase I clinical trials company located in British Columbia. Prior to
working in biotechnology and health care, Mr. Holler was an investment
banker with Merrill Lynch Canada and CIBC World Markets, two of Canada’s
most respected securities firms. He holds degrees in economics (BA) and
business administration (MBA) from the University of British Columbia.
