Erwin R. Bouwens

ERWIN R. BOUWENS is the CEO and Founder of GenMed Holding Corp. He has spent the
last three years securing a relationship with Atabay, a pharmaceutical supplier
in Turkey, developing the current management team and making inroads with major
distribution networks to disperse generic drugs. Mr. Bouwens also holds a
position with De Witte Raaf, an occupational healthcare service company in the
Netherlands, working with the country’s 50 largest companies.
