James Nations – Intracom Corporation

JAMES NATIONS is the President of IntraCom. Mr. Nations has over 20 years of experience in senior business management, marketing, and law. Prior to becoming an IntraCom employee, Mr. Nations was IntraCom's FDA regulatory consultant. He was a Founder, Officer and Director of Sciton, Inc., a Palo Alto, CA, medical laser startup, from 1997 to 1998. Mr. Nations was Director of Market Development for the medical division of Coherent, Inc. (NASDQ: COHR), Santa Clara, CA, from 1996 through 1998. He was Executive Vice President of Ecology Control Industries, Los Angeles, CA, an environmental remediation company, from 1994 to 1996. Mr. Nations was Founder and CEO of Ultrans, Inc., a hazardous materials transportation company, from 1987 to 1994, and Legal Counsel and Board Member of Lodestar Research, a leading fusion research company to the US Dept. of Energy, from 1986 to 1993. From 1982 through 1987, Mr. Nations was an attorney at O'Connor & Hannan in Denver, CO, specializing in securities and complex business litigation. Mr. Nations received his BA from the University of California at Berkeley, his JD from Berkeley's Boalt Hall School of Law and conducted graduate business studies at Berkeley's Haas School of Business.
