GERALD L. BENOWITZ has served as Newgen Results Corporation's Chairman,
President and CEO since the company's inception in 1991. Prior to
joining Newgen, Mr. Benowitz served as Project Manager for Otay
International Center, a 400-acre multi-use industrial park, from 1984 to
1991. Mr. Benowitz was President and COO of Harco Medical Electronic
Devices, a medical device company from 1980 to 1984. He holds a BS from
