GARY EICHHORN is Chief Executive Officer of Open Market, Inc., a leading
provider of Internet commerce software. In this role he is responsible
for the entire operations of the company, including strategic corporate
direction and growth. Mr. Eichhorn joined Open Market in 1995 and led
the company to its initial public offering in May 1996. Previously, Mr.
Eichhorn led Hewlett Packard's Workstation Systems Group, and was
general manager of Hewlett Packard's Medical Products Group, where he
was responsible for more than 900 products and 5,000 employees
worldwide. He has also held executive roles at Digital Equipment
Corporation. Mr. Eichhorn is a 1975 graduate of Colgate University,
where he earned a bachelor's degree in Chemistry. He has attended the
