GEORGE K. BROADY is Chairman, CEO and President of Ultrak, Inc. After
receiving his B.S. degree from Iowa State University and serving in the
U.S. Army, he began work as a credit analyst for the First National Bank
in Dallas. Later he joined the trust department as a stock analyst and
portfolio manager. Three years later he joined Campbell Henderson &
Company, an investment counseling firm, working as a stock analyst,
portfolio manager and venture capitalist. In 1972, he founded Network
Security Corporation, a company that manufactured, installed and
monitored electronic security systems and provided private patrol
response. The company went public in 1981 and was purchased in 1987 by
Inspectorate International, a Swiss Conglomerate, for $165 million. Mr.
Broady was the CEO of Network Security. Profile
