JOHN A. KOEHLER has served as President and CEO of TechForce Corporation
since August 1993 and became Director of the company in March 1994.
Realizing the market for the initial offerings was limited, he believed
there was a market for a company with a broad scale of data networking
services. Through venture capital investments and notes, in 1994, Mr.
Koehler purchased the Channel Connectivity Products Division from AT&T
Paradyne. With the increased skill set and expertise gained, TechForce
broadened its scope of services. During his tenure at TechForce, Mr.
Koehler has grown the company's cusotmer base from two primary customers
to a customer base of over 1,000, producing an increase in revenues from
$9 million in 1993 to $74 million just five years later, in 1998. Prior
to TechForce, Mr. Koehler served as Vice President of BT North America
and General Manager of Syncordia Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary
of British Telecommunications plc from February 1991 to August 1993.
From September 1982 to December, 1990, Mr. Koehler served as Executive
Vice President of Paradyne Corporation. Prior to Paradyne Corporation,
Mr. Koehler served in various management and general management
positions during his 15 years with IBM Corporation (1967 to 1982). Mr.
Koehler received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration
from the University of Missouri. He attended the IBM Program for
