JONATHAN KALL, newly appointed Chief Executive Officer at Avanton, Inc.,
has more than 20 years' experience in management, engineering and
marketing at information technology companies. Mr. Kall is an
entrepreneur with a focus on early-stage technology firms. He was
President of Interwave Technology, Inc., a manufacturing information
systems company, which he founded and built into a nationwide, multi-
million dollar organization before selling it to a Fortune 500 company
two years ago. A graduate of General Electric's prestigious Technical
Marketing Program, Mr. Kall consistently ranked as the top sales
performer for GE's manufacturing automation sales division and several
integration firms prior to founding Interwave Technology in 1995. Mr.
Kall has been widely published in leading manufacturing and information
technology publications, and has served as the Vice Chair for the
