JACQUES TIZABI is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Universal
Detection Technology. Mr. Tizabi is a frequent public speaker and an
Advisor/Board member to numerous private and public companies in sectors
ranging from medical device and information technologies to diversified
entertainment and international business development. Most notably, in
the fall of 2001, Mr. Tizabi was appointed Chairman of Universal
Detection Technology. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Astor
Capital, a specialty investment banking boutique and asset management
firm, Mr. Tizabi is a well-respected corporate advisor and an expert on
finance. His firm serves emerging and high growth companies, asset
management clients, including institutions, funds, banks, and select
high net worth individuals and family trusts, among others. Mr. Tizabi
has participated in several political campaigns on the local, state and
federal levels, and he is also a member of the Anti-Defamation League's
Salvin Leadership Institute. He holds a BS from New York University's
Stern School of Business and an MBA from Pepperdine University. Profile
AMIR ETTEHADIEH is Director of Research and Development of Universal
Detection Technology. As the scientific liaison between UDTT and NASA's
Jet Propulsion laboratories, Mr. Ettehadieh plays an instrumental role
in the development of the company's bio-detection device. Prior to
joining UDTT, he was an environmental scientist at EMG, an environmental
consulting firm based in Baltimore. Mr. Ettehadieh conducted site
inspections on over 150 hazardous material sites, assessing potential
health impacts of pollutants in the air, water and soil. He holds a BA
