MICHAEL F. NOLD is Chief Financial Officer and Director of Nanobio
Corporation. Mr. Nold retired from Key Bank as an Executive Vice
President following a 33-year commercial banking career that included 10
years at the former National Bank of Detroit. Present directorships are
with Non-Profit Enterprise at Work, Washtenaw United Way, Assay Designs,
Inc., and Technology Research Corporation. His formal education includes
an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BSBA from Rockhurst
University. Mr. Nold left retirement to assume the Chief Financial

DR. JAMES R. BAKER JR. is President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief
Science Officer, and Chairman of the Board of NanoBio Corporation,
Professor of Medicine and Chief of the Allergy Division at the
University of Michigan Medical Center and the Director of the Center for
Biologic Nanotechnology. Dr. Baker, Ruth Dow Doan Professor of Biologic
Nanotechnology at the University of Michigan, completed his
undergraduate education at Williams College in Williamstown,
Massachusetts and his medical education at Loyola-Stritch School of
Medicine in Maywood, Illinois. At the Walter Reed Army Medical Center in
Washington, DC, he completed an internship, a residency in internal
medicine, and a Fellowship in allergy and clinical immunology. Dr. Baker
is a nationally and internationally recognized expert in immunology and
biologic nanotechnogy, funded by approximately $25 million in federal
grants and contracts with a research program of over $5 million in the
current year. Because of his national recognition in nanotechnology, Dr.
Baker was appointed in June 2003 to serve as a member on the newly
formed Nanotechnology Technical Advisory Group (N-TAG) of the
President's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology (PCAST) to the
