MARKUS NITSCHKE is Vice President of Marketing and Product Management at
Attachmate Corporation. Mr. Nitschke joined Attachmate in 1999,
following a 12-year career in international and domestic IT consulting
for the financial services, logistics and wireless industries. In his
current role he ensures that Attachmate's products align with new
technologies to fit customer needs and to continue Attachmate's
leadership in the host integration and legacy Web services arena. He
also oversees Attachmate's marketing and product management
organizations. Mr. Nitschke holds a Master's degree in Strategic

JEFF LIBBY is Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of
Attachmate Corporation. Mr. Libby joined Attachmate in 1988 as Director
of Finance, later becoming Vice President of Finance and Treasurer for
the corporation. In his current role, Mr. Libby directs and oversees
corporate and worldwide financial operations for the company. Prior to
Attachmate, he spent over 12 years as a Controller and Accountant in the
manufacturing and banking industries, and as a tax and management
consultant. Mr. Libby holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from
