GENNA GOLDBERG joined JAKKS Pacific, Inc., in June 2000 as
Director of Corporate Communications, charged with overseeing all
communications issues at the company's Malibu headquarters. Ms.
Goldberg is responsible for corporate communications, including
public relations, investor relations, product publicity, annual
reports, other financial presentations and philanthropic outreach
for JAKKS Pacific, now the third largest publicly traded toy
company in the United States. Ms. Goldberg manages corporate
strategy as it relates to dealing with the company's varied
publics, including investors, consumers, retailers, media,
licensors and other corporate partners. Most recently of
GennaRation Public Relations & Marketing, Ms. Goldberg has eight
years of public relations experience in the toy business, having
worked with such companies as Bandai America, Imperial Toy
Corporation, TOMY America and Manley Toy Quest. Prior to
beginning GennaRation Public Relations, Ms. Goldberg handled the
JAKKS Pacific account while employed at JAKKS' former public
