JEFFREY A. BABKA has served as Executive Vice President, Finance
and Administration, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of
Indus International, Inc., since April 1, 2002. Prior to joining
Indus, Mr. Babka was Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial
Officer for Concert Global Accounts, part of an international
joint venture between AT&T and British Telecom. He also
previously served as Financial Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer for Lucent Technologies' Business Communications Systems
unit as well as in various other management positions with AT&T,
including International Vice President, Financial Vice President
