Janie Brown – Merix Corporation (merx)

JANIE BROWN, Chief Financial Officer of Merix Corporation, joined the company as Corporate Controller in 1995. After her promotion to Vice President and Treasurer of the corporation, she was promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Her past experience includes 13 years of progressive responsibility with Deloitte & Touche LLP of Portland, Oregon, including admission as an Audit Partner. She also worked with IBM in Oregon, both as a Technical Writer and a Systems Engineer. Ms. Brown holds a BS in Business Administration from Oregon State University, completed post baccalaureate studies in Accounting at Portland State University, and has participated in the Executive Management Training Program at the Harvard University Business School. She serves as Director and Treasurer of the Oregon Donor Program, and as a member of the U.S. Bank Women's Financial Forum Steering Committee. Ms. Brown: Merix Corporation is a manufacturer of printed circuit

boards. We fabricate the
