WILLIAM A. KREPICK is COO & President of Macrovision Corporation. He
joined Macrovision in December 1988. Between 1988 and 1995, Mr. Krepick
was responsible for Macrovision's core theatrical anticopy business and
for developing and executing its multi-tiered pay-per-view copy
protection licensing program for semiconductor manufacturers, set-top
decoder manufacturers, and system operators. Mr. Krepick was promoted to
President/COO in July 1995. Prior to joining Macrovision, Mr. Krepick
held several executive marketing management positions over a 10-year
period with ROLM Corporation, the leading digital PBX manufacturer. Mr.
Krepick received his BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer
Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York, and his MBA from Stanford
