WILLIAM A. GOLDSTEIN is Founder and President of Lodestar Investment
Counsel, llc. Mr. Goldstein has over 40 years of experience in the
investment industry. Prior to founding Lodestar, he was a Principal in
the founding of Burton J. Vincent, Chesley & Co. where he served as
Executive Vice President and Director. In 1983, the firm was acquired by
Prescott, Ball & Turben (a subsidiary of Kemper Corporation). There, he
was Chairman and Director of Prescott Asset Management, and President of
Selected Special Shares, a publicly traded mutual fund. Mr. Goldstein is
