VINCE A. ELHILOW is President and CEO of Fidelity Bankshares, Inc., and
Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Fidelity Federal Bank
& Trust. He has been with Fidelity since January 1963. Mr. Elhilow was a
Lieutenant in the U.S. Coast Guard Reserve from 1962 to 1972. He has a
Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Miami and an Associate of
