Thomas J. Baldwin – Morton’s Restaurant Group (mrg)

THOMAS J. BALDWIN has been Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Morton's Restaurant Group, Inc. since January 1997. He had served as Senior Vice President, Finance since June 1992, and had joined the company as Vice President, Finance at its founding in 1988. Mr. Baldwin was elected to the Board of Directors in October 1998. Morton's Restaurant Group, Inc., America's fine-dining restaurant company, owns and operates the Morton's of Chicago Steakhouses and the Bertolini's Authentic Trattorias. He is responsible for all corporate and division financial activities including shareholder and investor relations and strategic and business planning. His previous experience includes seven years at General Foods Corp., now a subsidiary of Philip Morris Companies, Inc., where he worked in various financial management and accounting positions and nearly two years at Citicorp where he served as Vice President responsible for strategic planning and financial analysis at a major corporate banking division. Mr. Baldwin and his family reside in New Canaan, Connecticut. He serves on the Board of Directors for the March of Dimes Fairfield, CT/Westchester, NY Chapter. He is active in several other professional, civic and community service organizations. A New York State Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Baldwin also holds an MBA in Finance.
