THEODORE H. BANZHAF is the Executive Vice President of Strategic
Planning of SpatiaLight, Inc., and the President and Chief Executive
Officer of SpatiaLight Technologies, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of
SpatiaLight, Inc. Mr. Banzhaf's responsibilities at SpatiaLight range
from new business development to helping manage the growth of the
company as it emerges into full-scale manufacturing. Additionally, Mr.
Banzhaf controls investor relations matters and Wall Street
communications. Mr. Banzhaf came to SpatiaLight from C.E. Unterberg,
Towbin, a Wall Street investment bank. He has more than 13 years of
experience working with high growth, small capitalization companies and
institutional investors. The bulk of Mr. Banzhaf's Wall Street
experience comes from Raymond James Financial in the capital markets
division. His educational background includes an MBA from Southern
Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, and a Bachelor of Arts from Miami
