SUSAN STRAUSBERG co-founded EDGAR Online, Inc., in 1995 and has served
as a member of the Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer and
Secretary since then. She has served as President since January, 2003.
Prior to the founding of EDGAR Online, Ms. Strausberg was a Consultant
to Internet Financial Network. She has also served on the Board of
Directors of RKO Pictures. She holds a BA degree from Sarah Lawrence
