STEVEN J. SHARP, joined TriQuint Semiconductor, Inc., in September 1991
as President, CEO and Director. In May 1992 he became Chairman of the
Board. During the previous eight years, he had served in various roles
associated with venture capital-financed semiconductor companies. In
1988-89 he was Founder and CEO of Power Integrations, Inc. Previously,
he was employed for 14 years by Signetics Corp. and for nine years by
Texas Instruments. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Southern
Methodist University, an MS in Engineering Science from California
Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Stanford University. Profile
