Todd Pitsinger is the Managing Director of the non-bank financial
institutions group of Friedman, Billings, Ramsey Group, Inc. He has been
with FBR since 1993 and is responsible for conducting the financial
analysis and credit risk assessment of consumer and commercial finance
companies. Mr. Pitsinger has also worked as an analyst in the high-
yield, commercial banking, and savings and loan groups at FBR. He
received his MBA in Finance and his BBA in International Business from
