ROY TRIVETT has been a director of Imagis since March 2000. In July
2003, he was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr.
Trivett has an extensive entrepreneurial background and has experienced
notable success in hardware and software industries. He brings a wealth
of experience in building and operating successful software companies,
including co-founding and expanding Architel Systems Corporation into an
international telecommunications software company that was acquired by
Nortel Networks for in excess of $600 million. Mr. Trivett is a
