SCOTT D. FLOWER is a Managing Director at Salomon Smith Barney covering the air-freight and logistics sectors as well as ground transportation: railroad and trucking sectors. He was previously associated with PaineWebber, Kidder Peabody, Investment Banking and IBM Corporation. Mr. Flower is ranked second among major US brokerage Analysts following the rail and trucking industries in the most recent Greenwich Associates Survey. He received a BS with highest distinction from the University of Virginia and an MBA with distinction from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. JASON SEIDL is a Vice President at Avondale Partners, LLC's Equity Research Department covering the freight transportation industry. While he joined Avondale Partners in January of 2003, he can trace his career in transportation equity research back to April of 1998, when he started with Furman Selz. He continued following the railroad, trucking and airfreight industries under the company's reincarnation as ING Barings and then ABN AMRO. Mr. Seidl has a solid transportation background as he worked for the New Jersey Bureau of State Use Industries in fleet management for two and a half years while spending another year with Roadway Package Systems (now FedEx Ground). Mr. Seidl graduated from Rutgers University with an MBA in Finance and received his Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University with a dual concentration in Transportation Distribution Management and Marketing. Edward Wolfe is a member of both the basic industry and technology equity research teams at Bear, Stearns & Co. and focuses on supply chain software (SCS), freight forwarder, freight integrator, and airfreight/truck lessor-related stocks. He also provides strategy and coverage along with Tom Wadewitz on the railroads. He is assisted by Peter Nesvold, Phillip Ailling, Rob Pickels, Justin Yagerman, Matthew Brooklier, and Chris Tessin. Mr. Wolfe was previously an airfreight and logistics analyst with Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown. He received a BA from Georgetown University and a Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law, where he also received the Joseph Crowley award for Academics and Community Service.
