PATRICK HASKELL was appointed to the Board of Advisors of Ecosphere
Technologies, Inc., in December 2007 and joined the company full time as
Chairman and Co-CEO in June 2008. Mr. Haskell is a former Managing Director with
HSBC, where he served as the Head of North American Rates, Sales and Trading
from March 2005 until December 2006. He was also a member of HSBC's Markets
Management Committee for the Americas. Mr. Haskell's career includes serving as
a Managing Director of Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB). While at CSFB, he also
served as Co-Head of Dollar Interest Rate Trading, a member of the Fixed Income
Division's Operating Committee and chaired the firm's Managing Director
Evaluation Committee. Mr. Haskell is Series 3, 7, 24 and 63 licensed. He holds a
BA in Economics from Union College. Mr. Haskell has been a philanthropic
supporter and Board member of Boys Hope Girls Hope since 1998 and was the
organization's Vision of Hope Award Winner in 2006. He is also an active

Mr. Haskell: Dennis McGuire founded Ecosphere Technologies, Inc., a little
