NED BRODY is Chief Financial Officer of LookSmart Ltd. Previous to
LookSmart, Mr. Brody was a Vice President of Mercer Management
Consulting, head of its San Francisco office, and global leader of its
Internet practice. During his 12 years in Mercer's Washington, San
Francisco, London and Hong Kong offices, Mr. Brody helped multinational
companies improve their financial results by implementing analysis-based
strategies. He holds both an MBA and a BS in Finance from the University
of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. He has been at LookSmart since 1998. Profile
